What is medical missions?

Medical missions trips with Casa de Luz Ministries provide short-term medical volunteer opportunities for qualified medical and dental professionals. On a medical missions trip, you will have the opportunity to provide medical care and healthcare education to a community where healthcare is limited or difficult to obtain. You’ll be able to use your skills to the betterment of those who need them most, doing work that transcends regional borders and ethnic groups.

How long are the trips?

The length of our medical missions trips ranges from 1-2 weeks. If you’re interested in committing to a longer period of time, please contact us.

Where can I go?

Casa de Luz Ministries is currently offering medical missions trips in Primo Tapia, Mexico. The town is located in the municipality of Playas de Rosarito in the Mexican state of Baja California and is about 1.5 hours south of San Diego, California.

Where will I stay?

Once arrived in Mexico, we ensure that all of your transportation and accommodations are looked after. Medical teams are hosted at our secure team buildings just blocks from the beach.
